This is from the website that you gave me about four freedoms and those being the pros of global peace. Can you please explain to me what this one means. The way that they explain it is kind of confusing for me to understand. I get bits of it.

Freedom from fear which, translated into world terms, means a world-wide reduction of armaments to such a point and in such a thorough fashion that no nation will be in a position to commit an act of physical aggression against any neighbor--anywhere in the world.

    Freedom from fear means not being afraid of being killed, wounded, or having your home destroyed.

    Freedom from fear which, translated into world terms, means

    a world-wide reduction of armaments
