You work in the hospitals health care management department you assist by completing records. One of the residents complains that he doesnt understand why insurance companies need so much documentation and the reimbursement system is so complex. How do you respond?
Please can any one give me advise
Because so many people over the years have filed bogus claims that have cost the insurance companies millions of dollars. Now they give no one the benefit of the doubt. If you have a valid claim, they getting the documentation to prove it, while annoying, shouldn't be very difficult.
