I don't quite understand Actions and Reactions. [For every action, there is an opposite and equal reaction.]Can someone let me know if I am correct on this question or not?

Identify the action and reaction forces in the following situations:

1. You kick a soccer ball and the soccer ball exerts an equal but opposite force on your foot. Ans- The action force is the kick on the soccer ball; the reaction force is the soccer ball kicking up on your foot.
2. You sit on a chair and the chair pushes up on you with an equal force. Ans- The action force is your weight on the chair; the reaction force is the chair pushing up on you
Thanks!
