    I agree with c=5, but the step before is silly. c=15/3=5

    -1/17=-0.0588235294 rounded to nearest hundreths is -0.06

    How did you get 589 as a hundredth?

    the answer c=5 is correct, but when i think you confused your self. 3/15 does not = 5.
