Im post this question again. Please, let there be some response

You are employed in the marketing department of The Mobile Phone Network, a retail chain selling mobile phones. The company wants to find out more about its customers. Specifically, the company wants to know about the age groups of mobile phones, who actually buys them, whether they are main for business or personal use and which model and price is most popular.
What I have to do is to create a questionnare. Does anyone have some good questions to be suggested?

You've just listed some in your question above.

1. How old are you?
2. Are you purchasing a phone with or without a qwerty keyboard?
3. Is this phone mainly for business or personal use?
4. What is the maximum you are prepared to pay for a phone?
5. What is the maximum you are prepared to pay for a plan?

Surely, you can think of other questions a company would need to know about to further their business.

Thanks! Ive thought of two of those, but the others will really help. Im sure I can come up with a few other questions.

Are you male or female?

How long have you been using cell phone services?

What features do you look for in your phone? Camera/video capability; texting; gps?? (use your imagination here)

To create a questionnaire to gather the desired information, here are some questions you could include:

1. Age Group:
- What is your age?
- Which age group do you fall into?
- Under 18 years old
- 18-24 years old
- 25-34 years old
- 35-44 years old
- 45-54 years old
- 55 and above

2. Purchase Behavior:
- Do you own a mobile phone?
- How frequently do you upgrade your mobile phone?
- Do you typically purchase mobile phones for personal or business use?
- How likely are you to recommend our mobile phone store to your friends and family?

3. Business or Personal Use:
- Do you use mobile phones primarily for business or personal use?
- If business use, what industry do you work in?
- If personal use, what do you mainly use your mobile phone for? (such as social media, entertainment, communication, etc.)

4. Most Popular Models:
- What is the brand and model of your current mobile phone?
- What factors influenced your decision to purchase this specific model?
- Are there any features or functionalities you value the most in a mobile phone?
- What price point are you most comfortable spending on a mobile phone?

These are just a few sample questions, but you can tailor them to your specific needs and add more questions as necessary. Remember to keep the questions clear and concise to ensure accurate and meaningful responses.
