Prejudge means to make up your mind before you know all of the facts. For instance, if you meet someone who you think looks goofy, and therefore don't like him, that's prejudging.

Prejudice is the attitude and behavior a person shows when they've prejudged a person. Prejudice may involve disliking Muslims when you don't know more than one or two (if any) Muslims.
