Earlier i posted a question about brushing teeth. I just wanted to know, what are the acidic foods that can make your teeth bad permanently? I just need some examples

One of the articles I posted for you included many fruits -- such as grapefruit, oranges, and apples. That article pointed out that acidic foods soften the enamel on teeth. Brushing after eating them wears down the enamel even more because its softer then.
