1)Fill in the blanks. In a liquid, particles are _____arranged. They move about in ____ directions and slide over one another. Can I say "irregularly" & "any" as the answers? I know "random directions" is better, but can we accept "any directions"?

2) When water at 30ËšC is heated,

Water(30ËšC)-->Water(100ËšC)-->Water Vapour(100ËšC)

How do you explain Water(100ËšC)-->Water Vapour(100ËšC)?

    random is better. Any indicates they all could move in the same direction.

    The water is boiling, changing to steam.
