19- 20 65- 60 3- ? is it 1 or 10?

    19 rounded to the nearest 10 is 20. You're right.

    However, when the last digit is 5 or more, you'd round up to the next 10. 65 rounded to the nearest 10 is 70.

    3 rounded to the nearest 10 = 0.
