CUMULATIVE FREQUENCY

I ALSO LOOKED AT THAT WEBSITE, AND WAS STILL CONFUSED. MY TABLE HAS A SOCCER SIGN UP TOTAL FOR 3 WEEKS. WEEK ONE HAS 9 PLAYERS, WEEK 2 HAS 13 PLAYERS, AND WEEK 3 HAS 14 PLAYERS...THE NEXT CHART SAYS TO FIND THE FREQUENCY, AND THEN CUMULATIVE FREQUENCY OF THE SIGN UP PER WEEK. ALL THE CHARTS I HAVE LOOKED AT SEEM TOO CONFUSING
