i was just wondering what approx is the change in PE in J when standing up from your chair and the KE when walking in J.
When I stand up, my cg moves vertical about .3meters, and my mass is 100kg.
PE=mgh
KE when walking at5km/hr (change that to m/s) 1/2 m v^2
