how do you record on a cassette tape?everytime I click record, it won't record what I say?

Thank you for using the Jiskha Homework Help Forum. First of all, be sure you have a good cassette tape and next check the tape recorder. It definitely should record what you say and mine has a red light that is on when it is recording. If you still have the directions for your tape recorder, check that plus the volume control.
