    3. 'It's 37 years old' means that 37 years have gone by since it was constructed. You could substitute "passed" for "gone by."

    4. We use old not only for mentioning a person's age<~~add comma but also for the history of something.

    5. Ms. is a title we use both for a married woman and an unmarried woman.
