ma + feminine singular noun ma maison
mes + plural noun (mes amis)

your (familiar singular) = ton + masculine singular noun. ton ami or any feminine noun beginning with a vowel = t on amie
ta + feminine singular noun ta maison
tes + plural noun tes amis

his, her, its = son + masculine singular noun or feminine singular noun beginni ng with a vowel = son ami / son amie
sa + feminine singular noun sa maison
ses + plural noun ses amis

our = notre + any singular noun notre ami / notre amie / notre maison
nos + any plural noun nos amis / nos amies / nos maisons

your (formal, singular or plural) _+ any singular noun notre ami / notre amie / notre maison

their = leur + any singular noun leur ami / leur amie / leur maison
