A salesman paid 6.5% commission for ech sales over $4000 but 4% otherwise.If he makes three sales $5500,$6300 and$3400,how much commission does he expect to receive ?

  • maths -

    multiply 5500 and 6300 by .065, then multiply 3400 by .04

    finally add them together and that is your answer
