I had an interview a week ago and i still did get an answer from the persons that interviewed me

so what should do? call or write them about they decision

thanks

I assume that you did not get any response. Did they tell you how long it would be before they came to their decision?

If not, it would be more effective to call to ask what their decision was, because their response would be more immediate. (I assume this is what you desire.) There may have been some glitch in their communication to applicants.

I hope this helps. Thanks for asking.

If you haven't received an answer a week after your interview, it's reasonable to reach out to the interviewer for an update on their decision. Here's how you can proceed:

1. Determine the appropriate contact method: Consider whether you were given an email address or a contact number during the interview process. If so, use that method to communicate. If not, you might try reaching out via email first.

2. Craft a polite and professional message: When contacting the interviewer, be polite and courteous. Start by expressing your appreciation for the opportunity to interview and mention the date of the interview. Kindly request an update on the hiring decision and inquire about the expected timeline for a response.

3. Personalize your message: It's a good idea to reference specific details from the interview to help the interviewer recall your conversation and express your continued interest in the position. This shows that you are proactive and enthusiastic.

4. Follow up if necessary: If you don't hear back within a reasonable timeframe (around one week), it's acceptable to send a follow-up message to gently inquire about the decision status. However, avoid being overly persistent or pushy, as it may leave a negative impression.

Remember, communication is key, and reaching out to the interviewer shows your initiative and interest in the position.
