I am stuck on a assignment for class. I have to write a social policy paper. I have to find a piece of legislation and find out its purpose and other information about it. I also have to include research about this bill. I went to Thomas.loc.gov/ I typed gangs on the search engine and came across this bill: H.R. 3438 called, Bullying and gang reduction for improved education act. Its the second bill out of 83 bills on the search list. I read the findings of congress for this bill, but I don't understand the rest of this bill's summary. I don't understand its purpose. I just see a lot of repetition and incomplete sentences. I don't know were I can find some infomation about this bill that can explain it to me better. I'll appreciate anyone's helps. Thanks.
