What is an alternative Axis in a polygram?
Examples of plolygrams are shown here:

Each has only one axis of symmetry: the center. For an "alternative axis" of symmetry, you would have to move the whole polygram. You could draw an alternative axis anywhere else through a polygram, but it would not be an axis of symmetry
