i don't get what the task means when it says discuss problems or injustices that were present in american life...what does injustice mean ...can some one explain it
Injustice means people are not treated fairly.
Some of the injustices in our past include:
*slavery
*segregation
*poll taxes when people had to pay to vote
*women couldn't vote until 1920
*Many people were paid low wages and worked long hours in unsafe environments.
Today one of biggest injustices is the high cost of medical care, leaving those without insurance unable to pay for care or medications.
