Can someone help me solve this system by substitution?
y=x5
y=2x

y=x5
y=2x
=========
from equation 1, y=x5
plug this into equation 2 for y.
x5=2x
x2x=5
x=5
x=5
Now substitute x = 5 into equation 1 and solve for y. I have 10 but check my work.
