OK. No sense doing a national holiday that has already passed. Here are 3 ideas:

1. Navidad = Christmas Day, December 25th.

2. Año Nuevo = New Year's Day, Jan 1st.

3. El Día de los Reyes = Epifanía = Epiphany, Jan. 6th = the day Spanish children get their presents!

For any one of those, I can find you recipes, as well.

Sra

P.S. Are you doing this in Spanish or English???

Thank you for providing the three ideas for holidays. To find recipes for each of these holidays, you can follow these steps:

1. Navidad (Christmas Day): To find recipes for traditional Christmas dishes, you can search online using keywords like "Spanish Christmas recipes" or "Traditional Christmas dishes in Spain." This will give you a list of websites, blogs, or even YouTube channels that specialize in Spanish holiday recipes. You can browse through the results and select the recipes that interest you the most.

2. Año Nuevo (New Year's Day): To find recipes for New Year's Day, try searching for "Spanish New Year recipes" or "New Year's Day dishes in Spain." This will provide you with a variety of options for celebratory dishes typically enjoyed in Spain on this day. Again, you can explore different sources and choose the recipes that suit your preferences.

3. El Día de los Reyes (Epiphany): To find recipes for this holiday, you can search for "Spanish Epiphany recipes" or "Día de los Reyes food traditions." This will give you recipes specifically associated with the celebrations on January 6th, including traditional desserts like Roscón de Reyes (King's Cake) or Tarta de Santiago. You can explore different websites or food blogs to find recipes that capture the essence of this holiday.

Remember to check the credibility and reliability of the sources you find and always personalize the recipes to your tastes and dietary needs. Enjoy the process of exploring and trying out new recipes for these festive occasions!
