In flag football, there are typically seven players allowed on the field at one time for each team. The positions in flag football can vary, but here are some common positions and their names:

1. Quarterback (QB): The quarterback is responsible for receiving the ball from the center and making plays. They typically throw the ball to their teammates to advance the ball down the field.

2. Center: The center is responsible for snapping the ball to the quarterback at the start of each play.

3. Wide Receiver (WR): Wide receivers are typically the primary receivers of passes thrown by the quarterback. Their main task is to catch the ball and advance it down the field.

4. Running Back (RB): Running backs are responsible for carrying the ball and running with it. They may also catch passes from the quarterback.

5. Offensive Linemen (OL): Offensive linemen are responsible for protecting the quarterback and blocking defenders to create open spaces for runners and receivers.

6. Defensive Linemen (DL): Defensive linemen focus on putting pressure on the quarterback and disrupting the opposing team's plays.

7. Defensive Backs (DB): Defensive backs are responsible for covering wide receivers, preventing them from catching passes, and intercepting the ball.

Please note that these positions can vary depending on the particular flag football league or game format. It's always a good idea to check with the specific league or rulebook you are playing under for any variations.
