Are there any sites that us ( students) can help or tutor others?
I haven't seen you respond to any questions here on Jiskha. I am reminded of being in Hurricane Fredrick and my house was a real mess,my wife and infant child had been sent to a hospital in Houston, the yard was a disaster, and I was clearing my drive of trees so I could drive my car in. My neighbor wadered over and wondered aloud if there was anything he could do to help.
Sometimes you don't need to ask, you just do. If you are in the way, or creating problems, somebody will guide you in the right direction. I have found in my lifetime only a few instances in which folks like to play alone.
I can think of about ten sites in which student peers can help other students.
