What free sites or services offer feedback on writing pieces? For now, I do not opt for sites that teaches me how to write (like grammar/ structure/ etc.) I would like to know if there are sites that I can be able to chat with skilled individuals/tutors?

Any sites?

I know some sites, but I can't type in an address, this website doesn't allow me to unless you get approval and that will take a while.

I wouldn't trust most sites that offer free feedback on writing pieces. Most of them are done by computer -- that can't distinguish between homonyms, for instance. Even my word processing program raises many faulty questions.

If you're writing a short paper for school, you can post it here, and someone may critique it.

If you're writing in hopes of selling your work, your best bet is to hire a competent editor to critique your work.

There are several free sites and services that offer feedback on writing pieces where you can chat with skilled individuals or tutors. Here are a few options:

1. Reddit: You can join writing-focused subreddits such as r/Writing, r/WritersGroup, or r/KeepWriting. These communities often provide feedback and support for writers.

2. Scribophile: This online writing group allows you to share your work and receive comments from other writers. It operates on a reciprocal system, where you earn points by critiquing others' work, which you can then use to post your own writing.

3. Wattpad: It's an online platform where writers share their work and receive feedback from the reader community. You can engage with other writers, join writing contests, and connect with readers who might offer feedback.

4. Critique Circle: This website offers a structure where writers can submit their work and receive feedback from other members. You'll need to critique others' work to earn credits in order to post your own pieces for feedback.

5. Writer's Chatroom: This site features scheduled live chats where you can discuss your writing and receive feedback from other writers. They have various themed chat sessions dedicated to different genres and writing styles.

It's important to remember that the quality and reliability of the feedback may vary across these platforms, as they are community-driven. So, always approach feedback with an open mind and use it to improve your writing skills.
