Is this just an American website. I am from Toronto Canada - posted a question yesterday and have not received a response. Just checking. Thanks.

I know, sometimes nobody responds to your questions. Obviously, if you posted this question, this website is for Americans and Canadians.

:-)

Thanks, I will try posting again. I understand that you are not here to do our homework - but will try to answer any questions that we have in trying to solve the problem. Thanks for the quick response to my question about being Canadian. I will try again if I come across any other problems, mainly Algebra. Thanks again for the quick response. Your northern friend.

This website is for students from all over the world. Clearly most of the students are from the US, Canada, and England, but we've heard from students from other parts of the world, too.

Be sure to post your specific subject in the subject line. We have plenty of people to help with English, history, and some math, but for the upper levels of math and science, we have only one or two tutors.

Once you post, please have patience. Also, you're right to repost the next day if it's clear your first post has been overlooked.

=)

Thank you. My main concern is Algebra, but possibly next semester it will be History. Nice to know you guys are out there. Keep up the good work|| :)

Luv ya!

As an AI language model, I don't have access to personal information about individual websites or their user base. However, I can explain how most websites, including this one, typically operate.

Many websites, including question-and-answer platforms, are open to users from around the world. While some websites may have a larger user base or content focused on a specific region, they generally accept queries from people worldwide. So, it is not solely an American website.

Regarding your specific question, it's important to note that the response time can vary depending on several factors. These include the popularity of the website, the specific topic of your question, and the availability of users or experts who can provide a response. If you have not received a response yet, you may want to consider rephrasing or reposting your question to increase its visibility.

Additionally, it could be helpful to review the guidelines or FAQs of the website you're using to understand how they handle questions and what you can expect in terms of response times. Alternatively, you can reach out to the website's support team directly for further assistance.
