In the context of educating children with special needs,

Clinical teaching :

a) implements educational assessment

I don't think its c) but not sure about the others. Could you please offer reasoning with your answer because I just can't seem to find one?

Here are many definitions and articles about what clinical teaching is. Once you've read through several of them, let us know what you think, and someone here will try to give you feedback.

I think c is the best answer because it usually is offered as a solution to very difficult medical/psychological cases, done by medical folks or those technicians especially trained.
