Why is giant's hand only 11 inches long?

Because if it were 12 inches long, it would be a foot.

I had this question on my 4th grade homework, and the answer's kind of funny: because if it were 12 in., it'd be a foot!

Because if it was 12 in. long than it will be a foot!
