if -c is over b-c then do the two c's cancel or sumthin?

1. DrBob222

no

2. gabs

so it stays the same?

3. DrBob222

I assume it stays the same. You don't say what you are trying to do. But
(-c)/(b-c) can't be reduced. It can be changed around some but the cs can't be canceled.
