Unigate is a European food and distribution group. Its businesses include Malton Foods, which manufactures pork, bacon, and cooked meats, St. Ivel which makes a range of fresh foods and dairy products and Unigate Dairies, which distributes milk. Another part of the group, Wincanton Logistics, designs, builds, and operates automated warehouses and distributes milk, food, chemicals and gases.
I am given two pie graphs, one that states the operating profits of the fresh foods, dairy, and wincanton logistics. The other one states the milk sales by wholesale, doorstep, and multiples.
what two methods of organization at unigate are suggeted by the pie graphs and info given. the options are by function, by customer, by product, by area, or by process. thanks!
