I am studying the Federalist Papers. I am having a hard time understanding them. Is there a website that will help explain them easier?

Here are some websites that may help.

http://www.law.ou.edu/hist/federalist/

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Federalist_Papers

There are many online which include the texts, but I guess you already have those.

Other teachers here may have further information for you.

=)
