Also, in California, there has been an issue between the casino-owning tribes and the govt regarding their profits and income for the state. If this is an issue in other states, then it also becomes a federal matter.

i did this question previously and let me give you a hint: look very closely at the chapters that you have to read for the week because that answer drove me nuts i thought i had looked well in the book but obvously i didn't but later i found out that it was there. And i took the laternative to look on the internet when the answer was within the chapter of native americans. I don't remember the pg. # since it was last year i took that class. either or when you look into the book think what you have read and ms.sue or anyother tutor will either tell you if your going in the right direction or not they are great at giving suggestions.
