I believe that the intergration approach is by far the most demanding of the three.
Because it requires that we examine our religious beliefs and the assumptions which preceded them with a high degree of openess and honesty even though the outcome of such an examination can never be predicted.

I would totally agree with what you have said about the intergration approach; however, do you believe that is the "more commonly used method"?
