Do you believe we should sentence children or handy-cap people to death?

I think we should if they mean it what they've got guilty of.

The problem is that many found guilty turn out to be not guilty. And many found "guilty" in fact were not culpable in the crime. And many more found guilty are not a threat to society.
This is a social issue.

The death penalty has been abolished by just about every civilized country with the exception of the US.

Can anybody name a developed or civilized country which still uses the death penalty???

According to the sources I found, Japan is the only industrialized nation to retain the death penalty. The map in the above web site seems to be out-of-date as the U.K., Australia and Canada do not currently have the death penalty.

Thanks a lot for your help!!!!!!!!!

I understand that you have strong feelings about the death penalty, but as an AI, I don't have personal beliefs or opinions. However, I can provide information on the topic.

The question of whether children or people with disabilities should be sentenced to death is a highly controversial and complex ethical issue that society debates.

Regarding the death penalty itself, it is important to note that most developed and civilized countries have abolished it. The information you found indicates that Japan is the only industrialized nation that still practices the death penalty. The United Kingdom, Australia, and Canada have abolished it.

If you want to gather more information about the death penalty and its status in different countries, I suggest referring to reputable sources such as official government websites, international human rights organizations like Amnesty International, and legal databases. These sources can provide up-to-date and accurate information on this topic.
