Start jotting down ideas in simple words, as a list.

Then, take the list and expand on it.

Thanks I hope it works

It sounds like you're struggling with expressing your thoughts and ideas on paper for your health homework. This can be frustrating, but don't worry, I'm here to help!

One technique you can try is to start jotting down your ideas in simple words as a list. This way, you won't feel overwhelmed by trying to write full paragraphs right away. By breaking it down into smaller, more manageable chunks, you can gradually expand on each point.

Here's what you can do:

1. Take out a piece of paper or open a blank document on your computer.
2. Write down the main points or ideas you want to include in your paragraphs. For example, for the first paragraph, you might include "Definition of anger," "Definition of aggression," and "Examples of both."
3. Once you have your list of ideas, try to expand on each point. Start with a simple sentence or two for each idea, and then build upon it. You can add more details, examples, or explanations to make your paragraphs more complete.
4. Don't worry too much about perfect wording at this stage. The goal is to get your ideas down on paper first. You can always go back and refine your sentences and structure later.

By breaking down the task into smaller steps and focusing on jotting down ideas first, you might find it easier to get started. Remember, practice makes perfect, so keep persevering, and you'll overcome this writer's block. Good luck with your health homework!
