If you show me your work I can show you your error. I am not sure if x stands for the variable or multiplication. If multiplication your mother is correct.

its 50 i think u did 10x10=1005=95x10=995 but u really want to do (10x10)(5x10)=50
If the problem is
(10*10)(5*10) the answer is
10050=50
i think ists 30!!
