i need help with internal & external conflicts.i don't understnd them.i probaly just need a few examples from a book.i just finished reading speak by laurie halse anderson, which is a good book.well,i have to find 5 passages that reflect on the novels main internal or external conflicts.so if you can help me i would really appreciate it.thank you.

Internal conflicts are within a person or organization. I often have the conflict of wanting to eat some delicious food, but realizing that I should not because it would cause me to gain unwanted weight.

External conflicts occur between persons or organizations. If I have an agrument about what I eat with my wife, that is an external conflict for me.

Of course, it would depend on your unit of organization — e.g., person, family, a business, a country. Conflict within any of these (if it is the unit you are considering) would be internal. Conflicts between these units would be external.

I hope this helps. Thanks for asking.

THANK U!!!!!!!!!!!!

You're welcome! I'm glad I could help. If you have any more questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask.
