I disagree. I think the main idea (thesis statement) is much closer to the beginning of the speech. I believe the "ask not" part of the speech is the beginning of the conclusion. I'd say you need to rethink this.

Yes, it makes sense -- but that's an awfully short speech. If you need a longer speech, you could show how you arrange a scrapbook, a few of the materials you use, and then show a completed scrapbook. Discuss each of these as you demonstrate.
