Your statement of "The whole numbers are closed under division" is contradicted by 2 ÷ 10 . btw , you probably did not mean 10th since 2 ÷ a 10th = 2 ÷ 1/10) = 2 (10/1) = 20 , which would NOT be a counterexample.

I see no way to simplify anything. "square root of of the fifth root" is the 10th root. Since none of the factors are above the 10th power, all you can say is tenthroot (64q^8v^6)
