How would you like us to help you with this assignment?

Well I just needed help solve each of these problems that's all

Q. 1. Multiply the circumference by 3.

Q. 2. Divide the circumference by 40.

After you post your answers to those problems, I'll check them.

On #1 I got 131.88

And on #2 I got 25,120

On number two I got 15.7

On number two I got 15.7 - yes

On number two I got 15.7 - yes -- but you can't buy seven-tenths of a roll,

3.
(43.96 / 3.14) / 2 = r

A = pi * r^2

I'll be glad to check your last two answers.

So would it be about 16 rolls of ribbon or 15

If you bought only 15 rolls, you'd be about 9 inches short.

So 16 is the correct answer

Yes.

Could you please help me with #4 and 5

4. What is the area of a 6-inch cookie? What is the area of a 12-inch cookie?

5. A. What is 1/4 of the area?
B. What is left after he's eaten 1/4?

On #4 both of them have an area of 113.1

My mistake- 6 inch cookie have an area of 28.27 and then 12 inch cookie has an area of 113.1 do I subtract both of them

I get 28.26 square inches for the area of the 6-inch cookie. Divide.

Yes ma'am I got 28.26 it was an accident and do I divide both of them

If I divide them then I can't about five cookies

I mean I get about five cookies

I got 4 cookies.

Oh okay and I don't get number five

5. Find the area. Then follow directions.

I got 12.56 as my area

Nope.

What is the formula for the area of a circle?

A=πr2

Is it 50.27

Or is it just 4

The area of the whole pizza is 50.24 square inches.

Then what do I do

A. If Rhodes ate 1/4 of the pizza, how many square inches of pizza did he eat to the nearest tenth?

50.27 divided by 1/4

50.27 * 1/4

12.5

Ms. Sue how much of the pizza is left? How Do I find that out

Subtract 12.6 from the total area of the pizza.

Wouldn't it be 12.5

Thank you sooooo much for helping me
