A person on a moving sidewalk travels 21 feet in 7 seconds. the moving sidewalk has a length of 180 feet. How long will it take to move from one end to the other?

Can someone please show me how to get the correct answer?

So, we know 21 divided by 7 is 3, so that's the number we divide 180 with. 180 divided by 3 is 60, so the answer is 60.

21/7 = 3 feet per second.

180 / 3 = 60 seconds

The answer would be 60 seconds.

There is two ways to do this, one way is 21/7 divided by 180 21/7=3 180/3=60 Or way 2,

180/21 times 7. I recommend the first way because 180/21 gets a crazy answer so if you cant use a calculator go for this! :)
