so CO3 would be that carbon has 6 electrons and oxygen has 8 meaning that c has 4 electrons in the outer shell and o has 6. they dont make an even 8 so idk how they make and ion because they like to have a full outer shell and those combining wouldnt do that. so imnot sure how...

i dont get your formula but if you have 3 oz of oil for 1/2 gallon of gas then you need 6 oz of oil for 1 gallon. you need 5 gallons so you multiply 6*5. you need 30 oz of oil.
