There are quite a few answers to this. First, the prime numbers below 20 are 2,3,5,7,11,13,17,19 So, you've got 2/5 and 3/7 and 5/11 and 9/19. Add one to the numerator and denominator of each and you get 3/6, 4/8, 6/12 and 10/20. Not sure which one they wanted.
