Calculus-Rationalizing Denominator
I am very confused on how to rationalize a denominator, it just gets harder and harder.*will be using the V symbol again as a square root symbol.* I get how to rationalize something simple as V2/V7, I would get V14/7 as the answer, but I get confused on how to solve 1/V6 +2, t...

For the radical symbol, I'll just make a v. 3V240/V108 V240 = 4V15 V108 = 6V3 4V15/6V3 = ??? I am able to divide 3 into 15, and I get 5. But I cant do the same with 4 and 6 because they don't go into eachother evenly, and I can't reduce them either, otherwise that ...

Chemistry
Oh thank you:) That makes sense.

Chemistry
What do you mean by matched sets?

Chemistry
A student forgot to measure the mass of an empty 100mL beaker before adding about 2g of a chemical to it, and decided to simply obtain the mass of another empty 100mL beaker instead. Would this be a satisfactory alternative?

Chemistry--Pretty simple question
You dissolved a solute in some water to make a solution. If you had needed to know how much solute dissolved, how could you have determined this? I was just guessing of using a scale, but there must be some other way.

Calculus - If you can
If its possible, could you please do this on paint or something for me, and upload it so I can see how exactly you solved this, because explaining over Jiskha, will probably be hard for me to understand as I will not be able to visualize certain steps.

Calculus
ã6(2ã6 - ã5) How do you get 12-ã30? I keep getting a way different answer:\ Btw not sure if the radicals will show up.

Calculus-Sorry
Ok sorry I just cant make that radical sign for some reason but that ã is supposed to be a radical sign.
