Please and thank you!

I agree with your answers to 1 and 2. I don't know what your text says about #3. Generally, African-American troops fought bravely in the Union Armies. At Honey Springs, they repelled the Confederate force and were praised by their white commander as the bravest and best troops he ever commanded. On the Confederate side, few were allowed to participate in battle as troops, but served as servants to white troops, thus "maintaining the camps" may be correct. But, whatever your text materials say is going to be "correct". Double-check.

1. Indian Territory after the Civil War experienced growth in all of the following areas except ___

The correct answer is (d) Establishing Manufacturing as indicated by your ***. The Indian Territory did experience growth in mining coal, building railroads, and managing herds of cattle. However, the establishment of manufacturing did not see significant development during that time in Indian Territory.

2. What was the most decisive Civil War battle in Indian Territory?
You have correctly answered (b) Honey Springs with your ***. Honey Springs was indeed the most decisive Civil War battle that took place in Indian Territory. It was a crucial Union victory that secured control over much of the Indian Territory and ensured its loyalty to the Union cause.

3. What was the role of black troops in the Civil War? (Choose all that apply.)
You have correctly answered (a) Guard government stock and hay and (b) Escort Union supply trains with your ***. Black troops played important roles in guarding government stock and hay as well as escorting Union supply trains during the Civil War. These tasks were integral to supporting and sustaining the Union war effort. However, defending the Union in war and maintaining the camp of the Confederacy were not the primary roles of black troops during the Civil War.
