The graph below was drawn with output on the vertical axis and input on the horizontal axis. What does this graph indicate about the relationship between the input and the output?
(There is a line line that is straight on the +7 on the graph)

On The Vertical Line, I Forgot To Mention That!

If there is a vertical line at the X value of 7, that means that the input is constant for all outputs. However, in terms of the real world this does not seem likely.
Perhaps your description of the graph is not completely accurate. 
Well, It Is Consistance Sine The Graph Is A Line That Goes Forever On The 7 On The Vertical Line.
