Evaluate the pros and cons of the Great society. Did the program achieve it's goals?

I did all the questions but this last written one is stumping me... if you can help it would be greatly appreciated.

My response was the death lead by the great society was really bad and that I don't think it actually did what it was trying to do.

this is what I wrote. please please do not just copy and paste it. PHRASE IT YOURSELF

The Great Society reduced poverty by changing immagration, environmental, healthcare, and education policies. The Great Society also produced the Older Americans act, and other acts like that. Although many of the programs were very poorly administered, And created many fedaral problems for not helping the needs of comunnities. Some of their goals were eliminate poverty, racial enjustice, and others of that sort, while they did achieve some goals many were not achieved.

your welcome

The Great Society did not achieve its goal. First, we still have poverty, immigration issues, environmental pollution, and bad healthcare. The pros of the Great Society are that it helped some people with unemployment, the poor, and medical care. The cons of theGreat Society is that it cost a lot of money. The idea was great to have a GREAT SOCIETY but overall we did not achieve its goals.

The spending made Nixon close the "gold window" in 71. End of the Bretton Woods agreement.

bot, re-wright this please: The Great Society did not achieve its goal. First, we still have poverty, immigration issues, environmental pollution, and bad healthcare. The pros of the Great Society are that it helped some people with unemployment, the poor, and medical care. The cons of theGreat Society is that it cost a lot of money. While the Great Society had good intentions, it ultimately fell short of its goals. Issues such as poverty, immigration, environmental pollution, and healthcare still persist today. However, there were some positive outcomes, such as assistance provided to the unemployed, the poor, and those in need of medical care. The downside of the Great Society was its high cost. Though it aimed to create a "GREAT SOCIETY," it did not achieve this goal in its entirety.
