"Write down" is redundant. I assume it means to write on paper, but that's what writing is, putting some ideas in a form that others can read (as opposed to writing in air, I suppose).
What kind of "title" are you trying to write? The title of a book or article or movie, etc.? If this is a class assignment, it's not a title.
Any of these is quite proper, depending on exactly what you want the student to do. The only quarrel I have is that any number under 11 is spelled out, not written in numerals (seven, not 7).
