I've looked at other questions posted like this and can't understand the problem or any of the answers. Could someone please show how to find for Cliff and Will?

Cliff and Will are carrying a uniform 2.0m board of mass 75kg. Will is supporting the board at the end while cliff is 0.6m from the other end as shown in the following figure. Cliff has attached his lunch to his end of the board, and the tension in the string supporting the lunch is 190N. Find the normal forces exerted by Cliff and Will.
Can someone help with the formulas for these? Thank you.

two principles hold:

sum of horizontal and vertical forces is zero.
sum of moments about any point is zero.

first principle:
C+W-190-75=0 Sum vertical forces is zero.
Second principle: moments about any point is zero.
Summing about Will's end:
(-1.4W)+75(1)+190*2=0 Note clockwise are labeled + moments, counter clockwise negative.

putting the two equations ..
C+W=265
-1.4W=-265
check my math (I did it in my head), then solve for W and C
