What is the p.o.i for these set of equations (the substitution method)
2x+y=6
3x+2y=6
i tried to solve this many times but i keep getting different answers. What does x= and what does y=?
well, I guess we could use 6 - 2x for y
3 x + 2 (6-2x) = 6
3 x -4 x + 12 = 6
x = 6
then y = 6 - 2(6) = -6
