I think it's the third, but I'm not sure if that's correct. I would appreciate if someone could show me how to solve it if it's incorrect.
When multiplying/dividing, exponents are added/subtracted respectively.
9 - (-4) = 9 + 4 = 13
-10 - (-5) = -10 + 5 = -5
